He's role in Jealousy Incarnate and Captivating king so amazing!! So emotionally! hes role in the movie Big brother was so incredibly touching.. When he sing the songs it's just a breathtaking!!!I wish he'll continue to make more dramas in 2026 and further years! I wish had a chance to see him at upcoming fan meeting ?

One of my absolute favorites is captivating the king. I literally had to look back and forth to make sure it was him because of the intense character that he played. I've watched that three times already!

Mar 10 2024 6:29 pm Really enjoyed ‘captivating the king’-I’m a fan of the 20 episodes format- however, Great cast, the whole team did really well, with a clever take on Baduk, with the King thinking ahead to make his next move, and his co- star also thinking ahead.I actually want to play this game now!?? I loved Cho Jung Seok’s Performance. I have now watched ‘Dare to Dream’, and have started ‘Hospital Playlist 1’ to see more of his work.

Mar 07 2024 3:33 pm I’m a big fan of Korean dramas, and this is one of my favorites.Cant stop replaying some of my favorite épisodes. Loved watching Jung Seok in this rôle; hé showed such versatility, range of émotions, and sexiness that I anxiously awaitted each New épisode. Thé entire cast was wonderful in each of their rôles, and the store itself was interesting and charming. Looking forward to seeing more of Jung Seok . Congratulations

I have never watched anything twice but this particular king captivated me to rewatched every episode 8x. I must be crazy now. Btw, Jo Jung Suk is by far the best, no.1 king actor in the entire kdrama. I have watch kdrama since 90's and to me this Captivating The King top it all. Best acting. Best storyline. Best king. He is good. His acting was awesome. Everything about this king was great. His beard, his stare, his smile, his passionate kiss, his love, his tears, his king thinking always ahead of everyone. I'm so in love with King and MWoo. This kdrama is so satisfying to watch. But pls king stop swaying me to keep watching.. huhuu I'm falling in love with this king.

Feb 12 2024 8:00 pm I never realized how good looking Cho Jung-Seok is until I started watching Captivating The King, especially with the beard & mustache! I love his acting; unfortunately I only get Netflix & so far have only seen him in Oh My Ghost (which I’ve decided I’m watching again) & Hospital Playlist, which I love (& have already watched both seasons twice). CJS is a fine actor. I wasn’t sure he could redeem himself after how he treated Hee-soo & Hong-Jang, allowing them to be executed. But he did, yay! So handsome.

I just recently found out about you, because of Oh My Ghost, then Hospital Playlist, then Nokdu Flower, then JI, and all the other movies you were in. I'll always be looking forward to your next projects. I also make it a point to go to Japan at least once a year, but that's going to change now. Mar 03 2021 6:19 am Spotted this guy in the second Korean series I watched with my husband, which was King 2 hearts. I was constantly commenting on his presence and acting during the series. I felt he upstaged at times. Deserved all the awards he got at the time. Recently decided to read more. Delighted he is married and has a little girl. Also, his wife is an amazing singer. I'm going to watch descendants of the sun to listen more, as background music important for me. Sad life, loosing Dad so young. Fair play to him for carrying on and becoming so successful. Our gain. As we say in Ireland, he's easy on the eye too.

He plays well the character of funny warm chiki love sad and anger .Very nature! We can easily understand and get along with his imaginary character in the movie ,and he can fulfill the expectation of as someone in scenario. That is why i respect Cho Jung Seok. Beside he has a good singer voice and can dance too. Bravo Jung Seok , stay humble ?

Nov 02 2020 11:15 pm oh my god jungsuk oppa, i watched so many kdramas before i knew him. i used to love many actors untill one day, i watched 'Hyung' for D.O but he stole my heart right away, i was speechless with his acting style so i watched all of his dramas and movies within a month. Damn like.. How Is He This Good? he's the right figure of perfect guy, thats why he's definitely ikjun (he has soooo many talents). and his acting style, Most Natural, Most Flexible! charismatic (his speciality), perverted, funny (his speciality), dumb, witty, even evil role. he slayed all of em. omg, he really deserves all awards. he cant be compared with like sorry, PSJ, HB, LMH, etc thats why he always compared with like song kang ho, lee byung hun, or jung woo sung, etc the real TOP&Excellent Actor!!

Jan 29 2020 12:50 am He is a great actor in Exit tigether with Lim Yoona. Indeed, a very creative movie spiced with a love story with a rejection. Creative use of drones to depict their usefulness. A story of a dejected man when even the nephew shunned him and all and sundry looked down on him. This does happen in real life. And another moral of the story is to be strong and do mountain climbing a lot. The end was elatic. Just a simple, It is too heavy, bring it back to me one day, meaning Eui-Ju would like to meet Jong-Nam again to rekindle an affection lost? Will there be another sequel? The story of Jong-Nam and Eui-Ju? I can wait.

Apr 14 2018 7:55 am Oh my goodness. Like. WOW. As a kid, I was crazy about Lovers in Paris, as a teen about Princess Diaries. But I never expected to be crazy about KDrama at my age now. Jung acts so well! I don't even need subtitles because I can already feel the emotion he's trying to convey with his acting. I saw Jealousy Incarnate by accident, but by episode one I was already hooked. Then My Annoying Brother, and Time Renegades... I just can't stop watching him. Awesome awesome awesome acting. I wish all your shows are available in iflix so I can watch them. I'm rewatching Jealousy Incarnate just because. Huge fan. Will definitely look out for more shows of yours.

I already met Gong Yoo when he went to Québec city for the drama Goblin in 2016. I was so amazed and excited!! but meeting Cho Jung Seok could be more interesting. Jo jung suk in his twitter says it hits 4 million viewers. Daebak! Can't wait to see him in his new movie Rank of Steel Saving the Country. The movie is a comedy film based on the 1985 incident where students occupied the U.S. Cultural Center in Seoul. it must be daebak. He's the only Korean actor that I honor so much ^ ^*

To me, he's more handsome and more dazzling. I haven't watched Architecture 101 yet, but after keeping an eye for some interview about the movie, I'm sure that's a great movie, and he plays his part well, too. I've watched how he describe a french kiss, it's so bloody funny.
I downloaded What's up only to see him and listen to him singing, the story wasn't bad, but I keep fast forwarding only to find more of his footage.
Both Eun Shi Kyung and Kim Byung Gun are not easily played characters, especially when these two characters differs so greatly. However, he plays them so naturally so that the viewer understand who Eun Shi Kyung or Kim Byung Gun really are.
