About us

CM-44, located in the heart of Helsinki’s design district is a culturally driven, intimate concept space where creativity meets the contemporary retail experience. Since first opening its doors in 2015, CM-44 has established a strong foothold as Helsinki’s leading fashion and luxury retail post while continuing to hone its vision and foresight into the future of high fashion retail. Our carefully curated selection of clothing, accessories and magazines aims to please our ever-widening range of local and international customers diverse in age, tastes and personalities while fitting into CM-44’s unique store identity and our vision of a modern wardrobe. Embracing Helsinki’s position as a rising fashion hub in Europe known of high-quality and experimental design from the likes of Aalto University’s internationally renown fashion programme, we at CM-44 pride ourselves in showcasing fresh, local talent alongside our seasonally changing installations and wide variety of globally diverse labels. Our space is an exploration into the dialogue between garments and their immediate surroundings, providing the right context for the product from our range of contemporary fashion and luxury labels, elevating the retail experience and our online presence further. Empowered by the ever-changing landscape of contemporary culture, we always look for the cutting-edge in both our selection of product and the relationship between the traditional retail and online experience while staying true to the store’s concept.
