Coats Nylbond™ is a bonded nylon thread made from pre-stabilized continuous filament nylon 6.6.It cuts cleanly at thread trimming with no ply separation and provides superior abrasion resistance in the sewn product. This high-tenacity Nylon 6.6 allows for outstanding strength and durability.
Coats bonded nylon thread’s unique proprietary bond chemistry produces a strong and high abrasion resistant nylon thread with no ply untwisting, no flaking, and no ‘sewn in’ colour change.

Coats Nylbond™ for Denim Application
Coats Nylbond helps in the significant reduction of thread breakages in high elastic garments which utilise stone, heavy bleach, and scrape washing methods.
It is well suited for laser applications. Compared to polyester sewing thread, bonded nylon thread offers better and long-lasting performance.
Coats Nylbond offers superior abrasion resistance with unmatched quality. Testing has demonstrated its efficacy in reducing seam cracks in the back pocket stitches of high-strength denim fabrics from 40% to a mere 5%.
