This Comp Cams 11-246-3 BBC XE274H Xtreme Energy Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft fits the 396-454 Big Block Chevy from 1967-1996. Comp designed this cam for high performance street use, and it features very strong mid-range and a smooth idle. A 9.0:1 or higher compression ratio and a 2200+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
