F-35 vs Su-35!So let's see which fighter aircraft is better.

Stealth

The F-35 has a Low Observable shape with limitations on the aft sector because of a relatively unstealthy nozzle design. However, the Su-35 lacks any sort of stealth/LO features, as it is a 4+ generation aircraft.

RADAR/Sensor

The F-35 uses an APG-81 AESA radar with 1200 transmit/receive moduls, it is able to track a 1m² target in 150 km (publicly listed). The much larger Flankers Irbis-E is able to track a 1m² at ranges of 260–300 km. This public 'disadvantage' that the F-35 holds is offset by its extremely advanced EODS can detect hot targets at more than 100km range. 

Speed and Range

At face value, speed is a big disadvatage for F-35. It's top speed is only Mach 1.6 (1728 km/h), while the Su-35's top speed is Mach 2.3 (2400 km/h). However, that is not considering the drag that carrying external weapons would create, so while an F-35 carrying internal only ordanance is slower than a clean Su-35, a Su-35 carrying weapons would have a similar top speed to the F-35 in the same configuration. The Su-35 has a maximum range is ~4500 km (ferry range, not taking into consideration external weapon/hardpoint drag), while F-35 maximum range has only ~2222 km (ferry range).

Payload

The Su-35 can carry about a dozen missiles externally. The F-35 can carry 4 internally (6 from 2026) plus 8 AMRAAM externally + 2 Sidewainder/ASRAAM.

Final Conclusion 

In a hot war, the F-35's superior situation awareness and datalinking capabilities, plus its stealth, means that the F-35 is a superior aircraft when it has the supporting aircraft and units it was designed for.
