Fixes

Multiple crash/freeze issues when changing worlds with media loaded.
Crash when toggling the media disablement toggle in the settings panel
Multiple issues involving the in-world quick-buy UI panels and flow for both VR and Desktop mode.
Missing UI color picker panel when in VR mode.
playSound lifecycle management issue that caused further sounds to cease to play when many events fired at once resulted in an excess of events waiting to be cleaned up in the STOPPING state.
UI scaling now ignores the Windows desktop scaling setting value when looking up the current display DPI.

Changes

Media disablement toggle now immediately closes streams when set to disabled rather than requiring a world change to take effect.

Glad to see things picking up again now that the transition has gone thru & new groundwork has been laid. The last meeting was amazing to hear all the things being worked on and future potentials ahead. The vision & scope is brilliant & reminds me of the excitement when this project was first launching into dev some years back, anyhow, I just wanted to put it out there im excited to see all the creativity unleashed & loosening of restrictions too, things are looking better... 21

Chromium updated to v142.
Improved performance for diffraction.
Additional displacement mode toggles for audio reactive shaders.
Added the additional loop behavior controls previously added to the regular flipbook shaders to the Billboard shader to bring it's functionality up to parity.
Reworked UI scaling to fix several UI scaling and positional issues. Now scales by DPI for consistent element sizes across different displays.

FIXES

UI being locked out of further interactions when attempting to open a store panel in VR mode.
Crash when interacting with the properties of a script that is the grandchild of the object currently being inspected.
'Pop' sounds when abruptly stopping playback of an audio track.
Load screen music not smoothly fading out when loaded.
Audio crash when removing a DSP.
Reflections not rendering.
