HÌNH THỨC LÀM VIỆC: Fulltime/ Remote

THỜI GIAN LÀM VIỆC: Ít nhất 7hrs/ngày, Linh động trong khoảng 8h-18h từ Thứ 2 đến Thứ 6.

With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success 📌ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Analyze new project requirements from customers - Develop a plan and run the project with the team successfully - Ensure project quality before delivery - Train and support other members in the company to optimize the project process - Make periodic reports, evaluate the performance of team members - Manage an analyst team not more than 20 members - Communicate with customer and BOD to maintain project excellent delivery 📌 SKILLS: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Problem-solving skills, and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize and multitask, work well under pressure and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines - Have an analytical and critical mindset for making the best business and financial decisions for the project - Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 📌 Job title: 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃 As a Team Lead, you will lead, monitor, and supervises a group of analysts to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.
