To discuss account specific information, you’ll need to log on to Business Internet Banking to start a chat. Alternatively, you can start a chat in your app by going to ‘Chat with us’ in the Support’ menu.

Agents are online Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturday, 8am to 2pm (subject to change over certain periods).

If you have a Relationship Manager, please get in touch with them in the first instance, as they will be best placed to provide tailored support for your business. If you don’t have a Relationship Manager, please call our dedicated Financial Support Team on 0800 085 3955.

Lending appeals
