Contractors Registration System (CRS) - BCA

What is CRS

From 1 June 2025, the Contractors Registration System (CRS) has been expanded to serves as a nation-wide registry of construction firms. All firms that are hiring construction S Pass and/or Work Permit Holders will be required to register in CRS. Firms registered in CRS are also eligible to provide construction and construction-related services for the public sector.

For contractors intending to:

1. hire construction S Pass and/or Work Permit Holders of all nationalities; or
2. tender or undertake construction and construction-related public sector projects in Singapore.

• Registration of new Workhead(s)
• Registration of additional Workhead(s)
• Upgrading of Workhead(s)
• Renewal of Workhead(s)
• Transfer of Workhead(s)
• Transfer of Registration Status

How to apply

All types of CRS applications must be submitted through the Electronic Builders Licensing and Companies Registration Systems (eBACS):

1. Visit the BCA eBACS portal (https://www.bca.gov.sg/eBACS/)
2. Log in by selecting "For Business Users"
3. Hover your mouse over "My Application" on the top menu
4. In the dropdown menu, hover over "Apply for Contractors/Facilities Management/Suppliers Registration" and select the appropriate option
