CopperMoon Warranty

CopperMoon® Landscape Lighting Warranty

Warranty and Limitations. Aside from the exceptions noted below, Seller warrants the Products it provides will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 10 (ten) year and 3 (three) years for sockets. Seller extends the manufacturer's warranty on LED's. There are no warranties on halogen lamps. If any of the warranted Products are found by Seller to be defective, such Products will, at Seller’s option, be replaced or repaired at Seller’s cost. The parties hereto expressly agree that Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy against the Seller shall be for the repair or replacement of defective Products as provided herein.

Seller’s warranty does not apply to any Products that have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance), accident, improper installation, improper packaging of products returned to CopperMoon®, modification (including but not limited to use of unauthorized parts or attachments), or adjustment or repair. At Seller’s request, Buyer will send any allegedly defective parts or products to Seller on a prepaid basis. This warranty covers only equipment manufactured by CopperMoon® and does not extend to shipping, installation or replacement costs.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR INFRINGEMENT. BUYER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE ENTITLED TO, AND SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TO LOSS OF PROFIT, PROMOTIONAL AND/OR MANUFACTURING EXPENSES, OVERHEAD, INJURY TO REPUTATION AND/OR LOSS OF CUSTOMERS.

BEFORE APPLYING ANY CLEANER, PROTECT YOUR HANDS USING GLOVES & TURN OFF POWER TO FIXTURESHow do you remove oxidation from copper?1) Lemon Juice and Baking SodaApply to the copper and buff with a soft cloth. Rinse with water and dry. These mixtures work because the acid in the vinegar or lemon juice strips theoxidized patina from the copper and the salt acts as a mild abrasive to remove the grime.2) Vinegar and SaltPour vinegar and salt over the copper. Rub in and keep rubbing until the tarnish comes off. Rinse and polish with a clean, dry cloth.How do you remove oxidation from brass?1) White Vinegar and Baking SodaMix baking soda and white vinegar together to create a paste. It'll fizz for a minute, but will quickly settle down. Then, rub the paste into the copper or brassobject that you wish to clean, using your hands or an old toothbrush

CopperMoon Q&A

Q: How to replace a glass cylinder in my CopperMoon path light?

A: We have homeowners and contractors replace just the glass often. To remove the broken glass, we recommend using some form of heat (heat gun or hairdryer) to loosen the silicone to then be able to chisel out the broken glass. Once the glass is completely removed, they will just re-silicone in the new glass. If they are unable to remove the broken glass, the next option to order the whole top assembly.

Q: Are the CopperMoon products dimmable?

A: Yes, all of them can be dimmed when using a dimmable bulb and dimmer switch

Q: What is the CRI for the MR16 bulbs from Coppermoon?

A: 85 CRI
