• Handle design and artwork for company and clients’ projects.

What is MetaMind Labs?

MetaMind is Vietnam’s first Metaverse Development Agency specialising in the research, development & deployment of 3D virtual metaverses based on Unity Engine & using Smart Contract technologies.

We are setting up an office in district 2 Thao Dien to house a pool of local development talent & pursue local Metaverse research & deployment opportunities. We have an international team based in multiple countries (India, Dubai, UK & US) that work remotely to make metaverses come to life.

Currently, we have a number of projects with big brands in active development and are looking for candidates who can start immediately.

Our goal is to be the leading global Metaverse Development Agency to explore this new field of technology & help society integrate Metaverse utilities into their everyday life. MetaMind’s plans extend far beyond just developing Metaverses for brands, we are creating a standard & framework to define & lead the entire industry by creating tools & programs to bridge Metaverses together while also reducing the barrier for entry for the everyday individual to “Build-A-Metaverse” for themselves.

Job Description:

Develop & control all aspects of Unity Development to achieve a 3D Online Multiplayer Metaverse using Unity Game Engine & the MetaMind Metaverse Framework. Our framework contains all the basic to advanced features required to get a Foundation Metaverse functional online and hosted on a MBaaS.

Teamwork with the MetaMind team to develop Metaverses for brands & in-house projects to upgrade MetaMind’s Metaverse Framework. Report directly to the Founders & Project lead, in an independent open work space that encourages results, creative & freedom of expression.

All training & on-boarding will be provided during the probation period (2 months @ 85% salary). You will work with the Founder to get up to speed about everything we are doing & our team will provide induction training to our Metaverse production pipeline & MetaMind’s Metaverse Framework.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience with 3D Unity Game Engine & programming using C#.
• Experience using Unity to develop 3D applications.
• Experience using MBaaS like AWS, Photon or Firebase.
• Experience using & connecting with third-party API.
• Our Duo-lingo work environment requires both English & Vietnamese.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience creating an Online Multiplayer 3D Game, MMORPG or just a simple multiplayer scene, using Unity.
• Experience using MetaMask and Phantom SDK & custom Unity C# browser call using WebGL.
• Experience using Rust & Solana Program (Smart Contract) Development.
• MERN Stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS và NodeJS).

Blockchain Developer (Rust & MERN)

Job Description:

Develop project components related to Blockchain technologies like minting engine deployment, ReactJS minting website setup, smart contract development for all chains (mostly Solana & Ethereum). You will work with the MetaMind team to handle the Blockchain components related to Metaverse development within our lab & work with the team to develop new components for the MetaMind Metaverse Framework.

Smart contract development can vary from deploying token staking systems, setting up a NFT marketplace using SPL-721 protocol in-game tokens, developing a metaverse NFT trading system and many other exciting utilities for Metaverse using Blockchain smart contracts to run them.

All training & on-boarding will be provided during the probation period (2 months @ 85% salary). You will work with the Founder to get up to speed about everything we are doing & our team will provide induction training to our Metaverse production pipeline & MetaMind’s Metaverse Framework.

Requirements:

• Strong experience & knowledge with advanced Rust & MERN Stack.
• Expert level Javascript & full-stack development experience is a must have.
• Experience with cryptocurrency & blockchain development on Solana & Ethereum.
• Extensive understanding of blockchain technologies & how they work down to low-level PoW & PoS system architecture.
• Knowledge of token staking, NFT marketplaces, minting engines, json hash lists & other fundamentals of tokenomics for a tokenised economy is a strong bonus but not required as training will be provided.
• Our Duo-lingo work environment requires both English & Vietnamese.

Optional Requirements:

• Experience with using Unity 3D Game Engine.
• Experience with using Blender 3D modeling tools and/or Python scripting inside Blender.
• Experience with Python, C#, HTML/CSS, UI/UX & other essential web-design components are a bonus.

Salary: 25m to 50m VND / month
