The 10th generation intel chips have a different sized bracket, hence the motherboard being an LGA 1200 instead of the LGA 1151 this was designed for. Additionally, if you aren't building in a constrained environment than I advise you get a bigger CPU cooler as the cooler the CPU, the more life you'll get out of your machine (hopefully and barring disasters). Even at stock settings you would see high idle/gaming/load temps. You would most likely have to both undervolt and underclock that CPU to get it to work comfortably with this cooler.
