ycodryn Y Hello guys. I just bought my first sniper rife, the Cyma CM.707. Can anyone tell me please with what other brand is compatible? (marui aws, vsr etc) I can`t find nothing about upgrade parts. I`m thinking to change the muzzle flash, trigger system, bolt handle but I`m lost. Any help please? #1 · May 3, 2020 Hello guys. Sort by Oldest first Oldest first Newest first Most reactions #2 · May 13, 2020 (Edited) Can anyone tell me with what can I change this hop up chamber? This one can`t fix 100% my inner barrel and I think that my .40 bb go a little to the left after 20m. Either you havent properly added hop, or the chamber is busted. AFAIK, there arent any/many TM AWS hop up chamber upgrades. I would reccomend return the rifle and get a rifle based on the VSR platform (CYMA 701, BAR10, etc) or an APS2 rifle if you want the L96 look (WELL MB01/MB08) #4 · May 27, 2020 That boat has sailed...taiwangun is not responding to emails so I will try to tune/fix what I got. Thank you for answer. #5 · May 29, 2020 Taiwangun usually takes sometime before responding, but they do respond. I would advise you to take aprt the rifle and check the airseal in the cylinder first. 0 Reply #6 · May 31, 2020 On 18 may they wrote to me "If the replica don't work properly you need contact us without repair yourself". I wrote back same day and I got no answer, not even today. Cylinder airseal is ok after some teflon tape but I`m hearing some fusss from hopup chamber. And I also have a damn deviation of bb to the right. I`m so pissed off that I bought from them.... #7 · Jun 1, 2020 Well, its usually best to avoid the TM AWS replicas, unless you are buying a Tokyo Marui. You want either a VSR based or an APS2 based rifle (or splurge and get an SSG). For deviation, check if the barrel is aligne properly (issue usually solved with barrel spacers). What do you mean about fuss from the hop up chamber? If possible, try to find and replace the hop up chamber with a genuine Tokyo Marui AWS hop up chamber, if they are compatible. 0 Reply #8 · Jun 1, 2020 When I shoot with my finger on barrel, the air escapes trough hopup chamber. That is the fusss :)) I`m already using barrel spacers, the deviation is made also from the chamber because the inner barrel rotates some mm left or right. #9 · Jun 2, 2020 I would then suggest you find a genuine Tokyo Marui AWS hop unit, and an aftermarket barrel and hop up which are compatible with your model. 0 Reply #10 · Jul 6, 2020 (Edited) I`m also searching for a steel cylinder for it. Mine is made from aluminum with total cylinder length: 230 mm, outer diameter 24 mm and inner diameter 21.5 mm. Can anyone think to something similar? On most sites I can`t find any measurements. I sent them some email but no one replied yet. Thank you. edit: I found something Airsoft Pro Steel Cylinder for Well MB4404/05/10/11/12 that is 194/230mm length mbut I can`t find any inner or outer measurements. #11 · Jul 6, 2020 I'd ask AirsoftPro what they know about the gun as they do make and fit their own stuff after all. If you buy cylinders/pistons it is best to buy the same brand unless you are really really experienced. Like having multiple parts bins experienced. Is your gun M24 styled? If so, it appears to be APS2 according to Evike. https://www.evike.com/products/62002/ #12 · Jul 7, 2020

He said it was a Cyma 707 which is one of these: https://www.patrolbase.co.uk/cyma-cm-707-sniper-rifle-with-folding-skeletal-stock Here's what I recommend: TDC mod to place pressure directly downward on the hopup arm and for easy adjustment Shim the hopup arm- not necessary if you use a tdc but very useful if you don't and I would do it with a tdc anyway. This prevents the arm from shifting from side to side. Leave the stock inner barrel however, lap it with a abrasive compound. The barrel is a 6.03 so just check if it is straight and then polish it up with an abrasive compound to get that smooth surface. However, it is vsr compatible so you can try using another barrel. Don't bother. Replace hopup rubber with a maple leaf (I like the autobot but most prefere the mr) and use a panthera nub Upgrade the cylinder internals with this: https://www.taiwangun.com/en/parts-...en/parts-for-sniper-rifels/upgrade-set-for-sniper-rifle-cm-703-707-575-fps-cyma if you want more power. Beware, this gets you to 575 fps so you may need to cut the spring down. The rifle has 480 fps stock so if that is around the limit for you country, then just leave it. You cannot upgrade the trigger so eventually your rifle will die. If you have access to equipment, you could try and make your own stronger trigger mech with hardened steel. 0 Reply #13 · Jul 8, 2020 (Edited) Thanks for suggestions. Someday next week I will disassemble it again to correct the slight deviation to the right of the bb and I will make some photos of internals with some measurements. Is from the hop up chamber, barrel is moving a little to the left or right despite the C ring. Already upgraded the piston, put some barrel stabilizers, isolated the inner barrel with foam to make it silencer. Are you saying that the trigger will die before the cylinder? And by shim you mean to fill in the gap between arm and chamber wall ? I`m using some aluminum foil to do that. Is ok ? #14 · Jul 9, 2020 Yes. That is exactly what I meant by shimming. I prefer to use aeg gear shims for that, however some people use tape to do it which also works. I don't know what will go first, the trigger or the cylinder as I have never seen inside, however, these are the parts that tend to break. To prevent the movement of the barrel in the hp chamber you could try to make it a tighter fit by wrapping PTFE or electrical tape around the part of the barrel that goes into the hopup chamber. Now I ordered from gunfire.com a scope with 100Eur (5-20X44 IR Scope) and they sent me one that can`t mount the anti-glare shield because there is not any space to screw it. And now gunfire ask me to pay 50eur to send it back to poland... they made the "mistake" but I have to pay.. If you look here on a youtube review the scope is just fine. Image

#16 · Jul 12, 2020 You don't need a €100 scope for airsoft. Go for something reasonably cheap. If you want a scope you know you can mount stuff on, you should probably either buy the Novristch or Silo Entertaiment scopes because their websites have plenty of stuff like that that fits on their scopes (killflash, sun cover things etc.) Sent from my SM-A505FN using Tapatalk #17 · Jul 18, 2020 Manage to sold the weapon...huraaaa :) I will make another thread for some advices. Thank you guys. #18 · Jul 18, 2020 Bruh. It will be funny if I see a thread popping up soon about fixing a Cyma 707. For your next rifle I would recommend the Classic Army SR-40. Vsrq0 compatible and sturdier than the vsr with a nice stock to boot. Sent from my SM-A505FN using Tapatalk Show more replies 0 Reply Insert Quotes Post Reply
