Dalat Flower Gardens

When visiting "the city of thousands of flowers" – Dalat – in Vietnam's Central Highlands, it would be a significant oversight to miss its stunning collection of flower gardens. The most enchanting time to experience the beauty of this floral paradise is during the winter season, especially in December and January when the Flower Festival takes place.

Dalat Flower Park

As a top attraction in Dalat, this 7,000 m² park is located at the end of Xuan Huong Lake, near the romantic Cu Hill, approximately 2 km from the city center. Formerly known as Bich Cau Flower Garden, it has been renovated and rebranded as the city's flower garden, showcasing the most extensive collection of flowers in the region. During the annual Flower Festival, visitors can admire hundreds of species, including hydrangeas, mimosas, roses, and imported varieties like daffodils and lilies. Notably, this natural museum features an orchid garden and a vast collection of cacti from Africa.

Langbiang Flower Farm

This remarkable farm is situated about 5 km from the city center, along the route to Langbiang Mountain and Suoi Vang Lake. Spanning 7 hectares, Langbiang Flower Farm is renowned for its vast array of eustomas, which have earned its name throughout the country. Visitors can stroll through 20 greenhouses that stretch from the slope to the foot of the mountain, offering a captivating experience with the beauty of flowers. Afterward, they can unwind in the large flower exhibition room while enjoying live music.

Anh Quynh Orchid Farm

Anh Quynh Orchid Farm is celebrated for its exceptional cultivation of orchids, particularly cymbidiums. The owner, Mr. Quynh, has successfully implemented a technique for growing orchids on husk, addressing the challenges of natural substrates. He is recognized as a pioneer in introducing new flower species to Dalat.

Lam Sinh Farm

Address: Ap Lat Valley, Da Sa Commune, Lac Duong District, Vietnam

Similar to Anh Quynh Farm, Lam Sinh Farm specializes in cymbidiums. However, owned by Mr. Che Quang De, this farm is even larger, earning him the title "King of Cymbidiums" in Vietnam with over 20,000 orchid pots. Driven by his passion for cymbidiums – famously known as "the queen of flowers" – he moved 20 km from the city center to reclaim 22 hectares of land. Today, visitors can explore this orchid kingdom and hear Mr. De share his dream of exporting Dalat cymbidiums worldwide.
