With thousands of clients served since our launch in 2009, we have made it our mission to provide our clients with the highest quality of pet care services while implementing cutting-edge technology to improve the customer experience by verifying all visits with the use of GPS technology.   Last year, we ran a community giveaway and didn’t fully know what would come of it. Then we got this message. A nurse. Injured. Out of work. A dog she loved more than anything. And a year of stress lifted in a way she never expected. She thought the call was a prank. Then she cried. This is why we do what we do. Not for impressions. Not for vanity metrics.   We invited Santa to our holiday party 🎅 The Grinch heard about it and decided to show up instead 💚🎄 He interrupted meetings 📞 Stole treats 🍪 Hung around the front desk like he worked here 🖥️ And somehow ended up in the play yards with the dogs 🐶🐾 And honestly… moments like this are the reason we do what we do. This isn’t just a facility. It’s not just schedules and services. It’s people who care ❤️ dogs who feel safe 🐕 and a culture that actually enjoys being together.   Most places just watch dogs. We create memories for them. This week at Dan’s Pet Care, we hosted our Holiday Pawty 🎄🐾 Not because it was easy. Not because it was required. But because experiences matter. Dogs met Santa. They posed with the Grinch. They enjoyed dog-safe holiday treats made just for the season. Festive backdrops. Seasonal smells. Extra love. Extra attention. To a dog, this isn’t “a daycare day.” It’s stimulation. Enrichment. Joy. And here’s the thing most businesses miss: 👉 Exceptional care isn’t just safety and supervision. 👉 It’s emotional experience. The holidays are loud, busy, and full of change for dogs. So we flipped the script and made it fun, positive, and exciting— so they associate this season with treats, play, photos, and happiness. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to: Not “Is the dog okay?” But “Is this the best day of their week?” Because when you trust us with your dog, you’re trusting us with a family member. And family deserves more than the bare minimum. They deserve magic. 🎅🎁🐶

  We had an HR complaint filed today because the 4th treat wasn’t approved. This is what happens when dogs get very used to being spoiled. At Dan’s Pet Care, we don’t just supervise dogs — we genuinely care for them like they’re our own. That means real attention, structured play, proper rest, constant monitoring, and yes… plenty of love (and treats). When dogs feel safe, understood, and happy, they start acting like this place is home — and that’s exactly how we want it. HR is reviewing the treat policy. No promises.

  Meet PJ — our Employee of the Month! ⭐ Every month, we highlight a team member who goes above and beyond for the pets in our care, and this month we’re honored to celebrate someone who has become a true favorite among pups and parents alike. From day one, PJ has brought a grounded, steady, and deeply compassionate energy to our in-home team. You’ll notice it the moment you meet him — the calm presence, the kind smile, the patience that instantly puts both pets and people at ease. Dogs trust him quickly, and even the shy, anxious, or slow-to-warm-up pups eventually find themselves walking confidently by his side. One of the things that makes PJ exceptional is his belief that every dog has a “breakthrough moment.” Sometimes it happens on a quiet walk when a nervous pup decides to get a little closer. Sometimes it’s in the middle of an adventure when a dog suddenly relaxes, tail wagging, realizing they are completely safe. PJ lives for those moments — the subtle signs of trust that show a meaningful bond is forming. He loves being outdoors, exploring new paths with the dogs he cares for, and giving each pet the time and space they need to feel comfortable.   For the past 12 years, the Dan's Pet Care community has come together every October to make a difference through our Paws for a Cause: Breast Health Education Fundraiser. This annual campaign supports Maurer Foundation for Breast Health Education, a nonprofit dedicated to saving lives through breast health education focused on prevention, early detection, and risk reduction.
