for one room at a time, I replace the pads each time I use and I refill the water tank as required, I don't let it sit with water in the tank when not in use.

However you only get one soft attachable steam mop pad. The box in big w with another pad is 30.00 and only has one pad along with rubbish dusting cloths. Buy something else – Its cheaply made so the handle bends when you use it. Such bad quality – The build quality is really poor, It uses cheap flimsy materials so it bends and twists. good for 2 or 3 uses and then you need to purchase more... the only thing this is good at is doing window sills to blow out the crap and maybe the jet steamer with no nozzle attachments does work on grout... its horrible to hold it gets heavy and you need to purchase extra accessories to get a sling to hold it... trust me a $29 steamer from Bunnings would work better.

A good steamer for the young! – My steam mop is satisfactory for my situation. I live in a five bedroom, one bathroom house. Our toilet, laundry, bathroom, kitchen & dining room are tiled and connected in one. The cord is just the right length for my particular situation that I only need to change sockets 2-3 times per use. I could make it only one, but I'm a pedantic cleaner… Read more

and I'd rather not walk over my clean areas. The water tank is just big enough for me to do the whole tiled area of the home in one go, no need to refill and I usually have some water to spare. After each use I just place the pad in the wash and it's business as usuall. The pads last a long time in my experience of using the mop 2-3 times a week! The floors stay a little damp after use, 3-8 mins, depending on the humidity, I usually have the doors open so it's not much of an issue. Clearly this isn't the right mop for everyone, it won't do well in those BIG houses or mansions but it's simple and easy to use functionality make it perfect for those living in apartments, flats or the average home like myself. At a great price it's also perfect for the more senior members of the community and for the kids moving out of home for the first time. Give it a go and get steamy today!

It does the job , but – The tank has to be refilled after mopping about 6 square meters of floor and the floor has to be dried with a dry mop if you want to walk on it within 5 minutes. We use an extension cord when we mop because you can then mop well away from the power outlet without having to walk on a damp floor. We also use washable pads over the microfibre cloth… Read more

supplied as the pads get dirty very quickly with the washable pad turned inside out half way through the mopping. The handle seems to be quite flimsy and bends while mopping. This causes the two sides of the curved handle to separate and pinch the skin on the operator's fingers. Apart from that it does the job and the floors look great after mopping. There were no attachments with the product.

Great mop for two weeks. Out right dangerous product. Terrible service – I have had two H2O mops. both from Danoz direct. The first failed within two weeks of purchase shorting out the circuit, burning the point where the cord enters the mop and melting the handle. Two years later I bought another H2O mop from Danoz direct. This one lasted two days before this time, shorting out the entire house, requiring an electrician to come in to repair.

And NO, there was not a problem with wiring or circuits in my home. I checked that before applying to Danoz for help.

Again Danoz Direct servicing was appalling.

I'd Never Ever buy anything through Danoz Direct again, nor will I buy another H2O mop.

After finding the mop cracked from the base I got a replacement from Big W, they informed me if it happens again to contact the manufacturer and then within a month it cracked again.

Frustrating so I am searching for a better steam mop.

look at some of the reviews, you will find some that are downright dangerous, tripping circuit breakers and heating to the point of almost burning. Not to mention the countless pump failures in 3 to 13 months of once a week use. Still these faults are not rectified and the product is still for sale as Danoz and the chain stores that supply it will not acknowledge there is a problem. Please don’t buy this mop unless you want to replace it after 20 to 60 uses. That’s if it works when it gets out of the box.

I was offered the ability to upgrade to the newer mop, so would have to spend even more money for something that could have the same problem so I think I will go back to a cheaper brand.

Yes the H2O makes steam very well when it works, but let's face it, it's just making steam.
