Is their three-game losing streak simply the product of being decimated by injuries and COVID issues or a sign of regression under Ron Rivera’s direction?

Speaking of Rivera, he was mentored by the late John Madden, who died unexpectedly Tuesday morning. The WTOP Sports team remembers the Hall of Fame legend that touched every generation of football fans.
