Band Size: Measure around your ribcage, just below the bust, while wearing a bra and keeping the tape measure horizontal. For example, in European measurements, if this measurement is 80 cm, then your band size is 80.
Cup Size: Measure the fullest part of your bust, typically at the nipple level, again keeping the tape measure horizontal. The cup size is found by calculating the difference between this measurement and your band size. A difference of 12.5 cm corresponds to an A cup, with each additional 2.5 cm indicating the next cup size up.
