Salary and Benefits. Team Building. Employee Relations. Leadership. Some of these responsabilities could be turn in to departments. Now, it is also depending on the skills of the HR manager and the organization could arrange to have other funtions reporting to HR, susch as IT, Legal, General Administration, Governament Relation, etc.. basically all support funtions.
