Tim Ho Wan, which started as a humble ‘hole-in-the-wall’ eatery in Hong Kong, now has several branches offering affordable dim sum in Singapore. The set-up is fast-casual dining. Big hits from their dim sum menu include the Baked Barbecue Pork Bun–crisp on the outside, soft inside and filled with sweet char siew meat and sauce–the thinly wrapped Beancurd Skin with Pork & Shrimp, and its pan-fried radish cake.
