Objectives: Assessment of diseases patterns of children in Thai Giang Pho commune, Bac Ha district, Lao Cai province in 2019. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive studies with analysis on children from 0-14 years of age at the kindergarten, primary and secondary schools in Thai Giang Pho commune, Bac Ha district, Lao Cai province. Results: Study on 870 children of which 65.4% children who were fully vaccinated, full term(74.7%), birth weight over 2,500gram (72.8%). Abnormaities at birth were mainly asphyxia (3.1%), antenatal rupture of membranes (2.0%). Dental diseases and nutrition were significantly higher than other disease groups (32.1% and 31.9%), malnutrition and stunting (66.7%), ENT disease (18.2%), dermatological disease (12.4%). Ophthalmological, respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and neurological diseases account for less than 3%. Children who are fully immunized have a 0.54 chance of getting ENT disease compared with children who are not vaccinated. Conclusions: The percentage of children was fully immunized in Thai Giang Pho commune, Bac Ha district, Lao Cai province is 65.4%. Children mainly suffer from dental disease (32.1%), nutrition (31.9%), ENT disease (12.8%) and dermatology (12.4%
