Nghiên cứu được tiến hành nhằm đánh giá tác dụng bảo vệ gan và chống oxy hóa của viên nén BogaTN trên thực nghiệm. Chuột nhắt được chia ngẫu nhiên vào 5 lô, mỗi lô 10 con: lô chứng sinh học, lô mô hình, lô chứng dương (silymarin) và viên nén BogaTN liều 1,55g cao khô dược liệu/kg/ngày và 4,64g cao khô dược liệu/kg/ngày. Chuột được cho uống thuốc thử hoặc nước cất liên tục trong 8 ngày. Đến ngày thứ 8, sau khi uống thuốc thử 2h, tiến hành gây tổn thương tế bào gan bằng cách cho chuột từ lô 2 đến lô 5 uống paracetamol liều 400 mg/kg. Sau 48h gây độc bằng paracetamol, tiến hành định lượng hoạt độ enzym AST, ALT, GGT, nồng độ albumin, bilirubin toàn phần, chỉ số MDA (malondialdehyd) gan chuột, trọng lượng gan và hình thái đại thể, vi thể gan chuột. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy viên nén BogaTN cả 2 liều đều có tác dụng bảo vệ gan cấp tính trên mô hình gây độc gan bằng paracetamol thông qua làm giảm hoạt độ AST, ALT, GGT so với lô mô hình, làm tăng nồng độ albumin, xu hướng giảm bilirubin toàn phần và có tác dụng cải thiện tổn thương giải phẫu bệnh gan chuột so với lô mô hình. EVALUATION OF THE HEPATOPROTECTIVE ACTIVITY AND ANTIOXIDANT ROLE OF BOGATN TABLETS IN EXPERIMENTAL MICE The study aimed to evaluate the hepatoprotective and antioxidant activities of BogaTN tablets in experimental mice. Mice were divided randomly into 5 groups of ten mice per cage: control, model, positive control (silymarine), BogaTN at the dose of 1.55 g/kg/day and BogaTN at the dose of 4.64 g/kg/day. Mice were orally given an administration of the researched products and distilled water during 8 consecutive days. On the 8th day, after 2 hours of oral administration, mice at group 2, 3, 4, 5 were given an oral administration of paracetamol 400 mg/kg in order to induce liver cell damage. 48 hours later, all indexes including AST, ALT, GGT levels, albumin, total bilirubin concentration, liver MDA (malondialdehyd) concentration, macroscopic and microscopic analyses of livers were evaluated. As a result, BogaTN at both doses posed the hepatoprotective effect on paracetamol-induced liver injury through the decrease of AST, ALT, GGT levels as compared with the model group, an increase of albumin concentration, a slight decrease of total bilirubin concentration and an improvement of liver histopathology as compared with the model group.
