Established in 2003, DongJin Vietnam had a rather favourable start thanks to the experience and advanced technology in motor design & manufacturing of DongJin Motor & DongJin Electric & Machinery Korea.

Products of DongJin Motor and DongJin Electric & Machinery have been presented in the domestic market as well as oversea market since 1971 and become familiar with customers in automotive industry.

By continuous improvement, DongJin Vietnam is trying our best to prove our capability for the quality and the competitiveness of our products.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I, Lee Soo Tae, belonging to Dongjin, will always live in the customers' help and esteem.

I was really worried if I could ever find such a good business environment which might grow up within the affection of the customers in 5 years or 10 years' time.

While I was visiting Vietnam, I had sensed that Ho Chi Minh city is a place that I was looking, therefore I made a decision to come.

I have been living in Vietnam for more than 10 year. And I realized that this place is really very good so I have living here at the moment.

Everything, together with my aging, has changed considerably. But my happiness and satisfaction, which will always remain, is to satisfy the customers.

In order to satisfy the customers, criteria of product such as good quality, reasonable & competitive price, and on-time delivery will be our key targets.

I think that trust and honesty make a road that You and I can walk together.

May 1971 : DongJin Motor Company Established.
Mar 1995 : Technical License with Yamamoto Electric Co.(YDK) in Japan. sd
Dec 1999 : Accredited QS-9000 & ISO 9001.

Jul 2000 : Completed #2 Plant in Busan, Korea.
Oct 2000 : Started Export of Blower Motor for Delphi.

Jan 2004 : Constructed #3 Plant in HoChiMinh, VietNam.
Feb 2004 : Accredited ISO/TS16949; 2002.
Mar 2004 : Started Production in #3 Plant, Vietnam.

Conflict Minerals Sourcing Policy

Dongjin's suppliers have to be DRC conflict-free.

Please refer to CFSI web site www.conflictfreesourcing.org for the most current and accuracy list of standard smelter names that are Active or Compliant.

On August 22, 2012 the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") adopted final rules to implement reporting and disclosure requirements related to "conflict minerals" as directed by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010. The rules require disclosure regarding whether certain products contain "conflict minerals" that are necessary to the "functionality or production" of those products.

The term �conflict minerals� refers to gold, as well as tin, tantalum, and tungsten ("3T&Gs), the derivatives of cassiterite, columbite-tantalite, and wolframite, regardless of where they are sourced, processed or sold. The intent of these requirements is to further the humanitarian goal of ending violent conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and surrounding countries, which has been partially financed by the exploitation and trade of �conflict minerals.�
