Hi. For a long time now, I have been watching the car while driving through the carscanner, mainly the DPF clogging. The car has no problem, it does not lose performance, it does not write an error message either on the board or on the diagnostics. I tried to replace the dpf pressure sensor 2x always the sensor from aliexpress but without change. It still occurred to me to try to clean the dpf filter, as it is still original and has 476 km of possible clogging with non-combustible ash. But when the car starts to burn nicely burn to 0g as you can see on the graph, but then the grams start to jump up and down.Or I can disassemble the dpf and check that the ceramic insert is not cracked.

Then it will be that the filter is about to die.Visually, the burned-out filter looks like in the photo, but I turned on the regeneration twice a week. Bad people climbed in and changed the fuel injection maps, the mixture turned out to be wrong and began to clog the filter, the car constantly tried to burn it out and as a result I removed it.

AVT37 Я езжу на Volvo XC70 III If you are satisfied with my advice, I would not do anything yet.It can only be cleared by VIDA firmware. Any purifier cannot cope with mechanical clogging of the filter element by combustion products.

You can take advantage of their offer, but personally I didn't want it. The carbon or soot in the filter will not be washed out by any chemistry. If you look at how EGR is cleaned, you can see that all deposits are removed only mechanically. In the case of a diesel particulate filter, a higher exhaust gas temperature and pressure is used.These are my assumptions made from observation and I am not a specialized engineer in this matter.You can either trust any advice in whole or in part, or do as you like.

if everything is fine and an error appears ecm-p023484 the particulate filter dies.
when the particulate filter dies, an error appears ECM-P029900
