I love Dr. Nguyen because she really takes time with you and follows up on any conversations you've had during previous appointments. She once prescribed me an antibiotic and called on a weekend to tell me she had determined there was a more effective one I should take, based on the test results. I have enthusiastically recommended her to others.

Well Dr. Nguyen was great, however, her receptionist staff actually hung up on me when I requested to leave her a message because I had a quick question that didn't need an appointment. I guess this is another facility that wants to focus on billing insurance with unnecessary appointments instead of really assisting patients. What a shame.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen for over 6 yrs. I find her to be intelligent, compassionate, respectful, and attentive. I also appreciate the fact that she seems to view the doctor patient relationship as a partnership toward the patients health.

My doctor has moved to another position and is closing her practice so I am faced with the task of trying to find another primary care doctor. Dr. Nguyen was among those doctors on a list (provided by my departing doctor's office) who are accepting new patients. Comments from her patients say they love her. However, when I called to ask if she was indeed accepting new patients, I received a curt reply that "yes, but you can't have an appointment until July 2020," over 11 months away! Dr Nguyen is both kind and compassionate. She remembers everything you tell her, even when it has been a year since you last saw her. She treats the whole person, and not the chart. I have been to many physicians, but Dr Nguyen is actually a healer. I cannot imagine a better doctor. I saw some of those negative reviews, but I have never felt judged by her. I think those folks must be projecting something on her.

Dr. Nguyen is a good dr. I can schedule appointments with ease. I don't feel rushed when she comes in the room. She allows me to take as much time as needed and she listens. She is helpful and caring. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been with Dr. Nguyen for about a year now. She has changed my life. After trying different things over a few monthly visits, she solved my anxiety issues - which turns out to be due to insomnia. She also helped me quit smoking - a success. I have been off cigarettes for over 6 months now. She followed my progress very closely - she, herself - not someone else who works under her. I am very pleased with the quality of care she delivers.

I have never felt more disappointed in a physician. I hate to say it has come to this point but I will no longer continue to see Dr. Nguyen due to several circumstances. She consistently acts as if you are over reacting when you explain to her what was wrong and instead offers some erroneous reason why you may be feeling that way before even examining you. She was often quick to judge, condescending, and quite frankly extremely immature & inappropriate. I look forward to a new physician!

I often feel judged and do not feel I am heard when visiting Dr. Nguyen. More time needs to be taken to look into Medical History and relationship with patient. I used to receive my blood results as well within a timely manner of two weeks. Waiting up/past a month is not appropriate.
