Good doctor, terrible waiting time..been seen by him for the past 8 years and not once have they seen me on time

One of the few good doctors left in this area, however his front office is atrocious. Even with an appointment, the wait was almost an hour, good luck seeing him last minute without an appointment, we waited 2.5 hours, and they told us to come back after lunch. Sad but we would rather not repeat this ordeal, will change all my family primary care.
