Notification of end of support products

The product provision and Maintenance support of HDD Backup Utility will be terminated as of December 31, 2025. Starting with the bizhub 0i series, replacement functionality has been implemented. For more information, please contact Konica Minolta Service Desk or your service provider.

As of October 14, 2025, we have ended handling ToneCurve Utility and the provision of downloads and support. For more information, please contact Konica Minolta Service Desk or your service provider.

As of June 30, 2022, we have ended handling PageScope Net Care Device Manager. In addition, the provision of downloads and support have also been ended as of June 30, 2022.
