Electronic Official Personnel Folder

The Electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) system is part of the overall Enterprise Human Resources Integration (EHRI) effort and provides online access to eOPF data for both Agency personnel, as well as the employee. NFC provides help desk support for Agencies that choose to participate in eOPF and provides electronic files with new actions to eOPF for participating Agencies payrolled by NFC.

ONLY Payroll/Personnel and EmpowHR authorized Servicing Personnel Office (SPO) representatives listed in TMGT Table 063, Contact Type 01, 06, and 11, are authorized to contact the NFC Contact Center about eOPF issues. Employees should contact their Agency Human Resources office for all issues related to their personal eOPF.
