Delivery Timing: Tuesday - Sunday, 11 AM - 4 PM

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: West, North West, North, North East.

Wednesday, Friday, Sunday: West, Central, South East, East.

Self-collection (with no minimum purchase) must be done before 12 pm at our physical stall.

How To Pay

We will prepare your fish on the day of delivery, weigh every item individually and inform you of the total via WhatsApp, and you can make payment via PayNow/PayLah.

The reason for this is so that you are not shortchanged or overcharged. Using market rates, you will not be unknowingly paying high prices for fresh fish in Singapore.

Notes for Fillets

Fillets have been descaled, deboned*, and portioned for your convenience. 

*Please note that even though the deboning process is done with stringent control, it is important to check for the presence of bones before feeding children and elderly.*

If you have other specifications for cutting please leave a remark during checkout!  (e.g. thin slices for steamboat/baby consumption)

FAQs

Qn: What time will my order be delivered? 

Answer: Between 11 AM - 4 PM. For a closer estimate, reach out to Xavier on WhatsApp @ +65 96745776 a day before delivery. 

Qn: How will my fishes be packed? 

Answer: Fillets will be packed in thicker packaging that can be vacuum sealed as an option during checkout, while other fishes will be in regular packaging that can be kept frozen for up to a month without any dip in quality, or ready to be cooked after a rinse if kept chilled. 

Qn: How will my fishes be delivered? 

Answer: You will have the option to choose between plastic/cooler bag with ice or foam box. If you have someone at home from 11 AM - 4 PM, you may choose cooler bag with ice if you wish to be more environmentally friendly. Foam boxes are available at no additional cost, although we would appreciate it a lot if you can help us to recycle it with every order. 

Qn: Do I make payment immediately after ordering?Answer: Nope! Please avoid doing so as the sizes of the fish vary on a daily basis, so the total cost could be slightly less or slightly more. On the day of delivery, we will inform you of the total cost, then you can make payment. 

Question: What payment methods can I use? 

Answer: PayNow/PayLah to 96745776, Bank Transfer, CDC (soft copy or hard copy both accepted). 

Question: Is everything going to be available everyday? 

Answer: For most of the products listed here, yes! We did not include some of our products that are available every once in a while e.g. parrotfish, solefish, dua pan, etc. 

Question: How much for free delivery to my area ___?Answer: Any order over $75 will be entitled to free delivery :)

Our Emperor Red Snapper steaks are freshly chopped only from large Emperor Red Snappers of 4 KG and above. 

Emperor Red Snapper, the ultimate tasting snapper and our personal favourite. The crimson red skin that stands out from all others is what gave it the name of the Emperor Snapper. 

The Emperor Snapper has a soft, juicy, and succulent texture with a rich, strong flavor accompanied by a sweet and savory taste. Just like all our other snappers, it is extremely flexible and excellent with almost any cooking method.
