硬件和驱动都正常

在使用QQ时，在使用摄像头视频时，图像会出现一下，然后就没有了，再也打不开摄像头了

He mantenido actualizado el driver grafico hasta la version 17.4.4 (mayo, 2017) de amd radeon, pero las versiones posteriores presentan la misma falla, toda la pantalla se congela por unos segundos, si muevo el mouse se congela y luego el cursor salta a otra posicion como si no hubiera pasado nada; pongo un video, el sonido va fluido pero el video se congela y brinca hacia la posicion actual, cualquier animacion o juego muestra la misma situacion.

Toda version de amd despues de la mencionada tiene esa falla, tambien los controladores que instala windows 10 por defecto despues de "fall update" presentan la misma falla, incluso los que provienen de microsoft catalog update con una fecha posterior a mayo.

ya he probado instalacion limpia y restauracion, sin exito.

¿Que sucede?

¿Como solucionar este bug?, ya que el grafico integrado funciona bien, de no ser asi, ni la version 17.4.4 con la que esta fluido serviria.

every time i install an app it cant use it because it showing an Error message saying " The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program" but when i try the same app on another PC, the app is perfectly working. what can be the problem?  (am using windows 10)

如题，开始菜单也一样，但任务栏还是半透明的。打开个性化设置发现设置的还是半透明状态。

目前发现的其他问题：

1、任务栏上的时间显示变成了黑色字体，因为桌面背景图片是深色，任务栏也是深色，时间几乎看不见了，极度不方便。

2、打字时反应非常迟缓，向左向右移动光标、删除，都很慢，很容易删错。

3、在更新前就时常出bug的微信win10版，更新后陷入几乎无法使用的状态，缓存文件夹直接消失，只能重装了微信官方版（非适配win10）

Yesterday I started getting random application crashes.  Chrome would give me the "aw snap" message at the same time another application would crash.  I tried running a RAM check through windows, SSD diagnostic tool, Malware Bytes and a system restore back to before this started happening and it is continuing to happen.

I am fairly computer savvy and built this PC myself.  It is mostly a gaming PC and I didn't change the hardware at all to cause this.  Is there anything I can add to this post to help figure out what is going on?

아웃룩 2013을 사용 중입니다.

아웃룩 사용 도중에 사서함을 보면 받은 편지함이 아래쪽으로 내려가는 현상이 발생됩니다.

예를 들어,

이게 정상이지만,

이런식으로 아래 쪽으로 내려가요. 드래그해서 원위치를 잡아도 시간이 지나면 다시 내려가고...재시작을 안하고 사용 중에 이런일이 발생합니다.

제가 해본 조치로는

1. 프로그램 재설치

2. 프로파일 재생성

3. ost 파일 재생성

이 정도 입니다. 오피스 업데이트는 지난 번에 엑셀이 멈추는 문제가 발생해서 재설치한거라 가능하면 안하고 싶어요ㅜㅠ

다른 방법이 있을까요??
