Hê-bơ-rơ 4

Hebrews 4:1 ^Let us then, though we still have God's word that we may come into his rest, go in fear that some of you may be unable to do so.Hê-bơ-rơ 4:1 ^Vậy, đang khi còn có lời hứa cho vào sự yên nghỉ Chúa, hãy lo sợ, kẻo trong chúng ta có ai bị trừ ra chăng.
Hebrews 4:2 ^And, truly, the good news came to us, even as it did to them; but the hearing of the word did them no good, because they were not united in faith with the true hearers.Hê-bơ-rơ 4:2 ^Vì tin Lành nầy đã rao truyền cho chúng ta cũng như cho họ; những lời họ đã nghe không ích chi hết, vì trong khi nghe, chẳng lấy đức tin nhận lời đó thuộc về mình.
Hebrews 4:3 ^For those of us who have belief come into his rest; even as he has said, As I said in my oath when I was angry, They may not come into my rest: though the works were done from the time of the making of the world.Hê-bơ-rơ 4:3 ^Về phần chúng ta là kẻ đã tin, thì vào sự yên nghỉ, như Đức Chúa Trời đã phán rằng: Nầy là lời thề ta đã lập trong cơn thạnh nộ: Chúng nó sẽ chẳng hề vào sự yên nghỉ ta! Dầu vậy, công việc của Ngài đã xong rồi từ buổi sáng thế.
Hebrews 4:4 ^For in one place he has said of the seventh day, And God had rest from all his works on the seventh day;Hê-bơ-rơ 4:4 ^Vì luận về ngày thứ bảy, có chép rằng: Ngày thứ bảy Đức Chúa Trời nghỉ cả các công việc Ngài.
Hebrews 4:5 ^And in the same place he says again, They will not come into my rest.Hê-bơ-rơ 4:5 ^Lại một chỗ khác có chép rằng: Chúng nó sẽ chẳng hề vào sự yên nghỉ ta.
Hebrews 4:6 ^So that as it is clear that some have to go in, and that the first hearers of the good news were not able to go in because they went against God's orders,Hê-bơ-rơ 4:6 ^Như vậy, vì đã dành cho mấy người phải vào đó, và vì những kẻ nghe Tin Lành ấy trước nhứt đã không vào đó bởi chẳng tin,
Hebrews 4:7 ^After a long time, again naming a certain day, he says in David, Today (as he had said before), Today if you will let his voice come to your ears, be not hard of heart,Hê-bơ-rơ 4:7 ^nên về sau lâu lắm, trong một thơ của Đa-vít, Chúa lại định một ngày nữa gọi là "Ngày nay," như trên kia đã dẫn rằng: Ngày nay nếu các ngươi nghe tiếng Ngài, Thì chớ cứng lòng.
Hebrews 4:8 ^For if Joshua had given them rest, he would not have said anything about another day.Hê-bơ-rơ 4:8 ^Vả, nếu Giô-suê đã cho họ yên nghỉ, thì chắc sau không còn nói về một ngày khác nữa.
Hebrews 4:9 ^So that there is still a Sabbath-keeping for the people of God.Hê-bơ-rơ 4:9 ^Vậy thì còn lại một ngày yên nghỉ cho dân Đức Chúa Trời.
Hebrews 4:10 ^For the man who comes into his rest has had rest from his works, as God did from his.Hê-bơ-rơ 4:10 ^Vì ai vào sự yên nghỉ của Đức Chúa Trời, thì nghỉ công việc mình, cũng như Đức Chúa Trời đã nghỉ công việc của Ngài vậy.
Hebrews 4:11 ^Because of this, let us have a strong desire to come into that rest, and let no one go after the example of those who went against God's orders.Hê-bơ-rơ 4:11 ^Vậy, chúng ta phải gắng sức vào sự yên nghỉ đó, hầu cho không có một người nào trong chúng ta theo gương kẻ chẳng tin kia mà vấp ngã.
Hebrews 4:12 ^For the word of God is living and full of power, and is sharper than any two-edged sword, cutting through and making a division even of the soul and the spirit, the bones and the muscles, and quick to see the thoughts and purposes of the heart.Hê-bơ-rơ 4:12 ^Vì lời của Đức Chúa Trời là lời sống và linh nghiệm, sắc hơn gươm hai lưỡi, thấu vào đến đỗi chia hồn, linh, cốt, tủy, xem xét tư tưởng và ý định trong lòng.
Hebrews 4:13 ^And there is nothing made which is not completely clear to him; there is nothing covered, but all things are open to the eyes of him with whom we have to do.Hê-bơ-rơ 4:13 ^Chẳng có vật nào được giấu kín trước mặt Chúa, nhưng hết thảy đều trần trụi và lộ ra trước mắt Đấng mà chúng ta phải thưa lại,
Hebrews 4:14 ^Having then a great high priest, who has made his way through the heavens, even Jesus the Son of God, let us be strong in our faith.Hê-bơ-rơ 4:14 ^Ay vậy, vì chúng ta có thầy tế lễ thượng phẩm lớn đã trải qua các từng trời, tức là Đức Chúa Jêsus, Con Đức Chúa Trời, thì hãy bền giữ đạo chúng ta đã nhận tin.
Hebrews 4:15 ^For we have not a high priest who is not able to be touched by the feelings of our feeble flesh; but we have one who has been tested in all points as we ourselves are tested, but without sin.Hê-bơ-rơ 4:15 ^Vì chúng ta không có thầy tế lễ thượng phẩm chẳng có thể cảm thương sự yếu đuối chúng ta, bèn có một thầy tế lễ bị thử thách trong mọi việc cũng như chúng ta, song chẳng phạm tội.
Hebrews 4:16 ^Then let us come near to the seat of grace without fear, so that mercy may be given to us, and we may get grace for our help in time of need.Hê-bơ-rơ 4:16 ^Vậy, chúng ta hãy vững lòng đến gần ngôi ơn phước, hầu cho được thương xót và tìm được ơn để giúp chúng ta trong thì giờ có cần dùng.
