Fee Structure

KhEC offers Bachelor's-level courses in four programs under the Faculty of Engineering: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Electronics, Communication & Automation Engineering. It also offers two programs under the Faculty of Science and Technology: BCA-IT and BIT. In addition, the college provides Master's-level programs in Earthquake Engineering and Urban Design and Conservation.

* Additional NRs. 25,000 for survey camp.

** The above fee structure excludes registration and examination fees levied by Purbanchal University (PU) and other external institutions or bodies.

  • For foreign students, an additional 50% of the total semester fees will be charged, along with other applicable fees as per Purbanchal University regulations.
  • A deposit of NRs. 15,000 shall be collected at the time of admission. This amount will be refunded only upon successful completion of the course.

Can I get transfer or be transferred from another college?

Yes, you can if you have the transfer certificate along with all other necessary documents from the college you are being transferred from. Without the necessary documents you cannot get the permission from the university and cannot get admitted to the college.

What is the admission procedure?

Steps for Admission Procedure of Faculty of Engineering Programs in KhEC

  • Applicants (with the required eligibility criteria) must fill the online entrance application form of Purbanchal University from Link: entrance.puexam.edu.np
  • Applicants should pass the entrance exam taken by Purbanchal University.
  • College publish its merit list in accordance with entrance result published by Purbanchal University.
  • Applicants enlisted in college merit list should attend interview/aptitude test taken by the college.
  • Successful students are then eligible for admission in the college.

Is there hostel facility in college?

No, there is not such facility. But there are several private hostels nearby.

Is college uniform compulsory?

Yes, it is compulsory to be in uniform. Student without uniform is not eligible to attend the class at any cost.

First you are called for interview. Within 2-3 days of interview you should submit admission fee based on availability of seats because the seats are filled by the procedure of First Come First Basis Admission.
