Drop Point/ Courier Point – Visit our nearest drop points. Place your items on the counter and make an order. Our admin will proceed to weigh and wrap your parcel as you fill in the consignment note’s information. Then your parcel will proceed for sorting.

What are benefits becoming a VIP member?

As a VIP member, you are entitled to do bulk ordering, massive invoice searches, convenient Electronic-Way Bill (EWB) registering, pick-up services, cheaper price rates, etc. Join our family!

What is the volumetric charges of J&T Express?

Gross/Actual weight: Exact weight of parcel including (packaging). Volumetric/Dimensional Weight: Measure according length, width and height of the parcel. Shipping large or irregular shaped items can be influenced by the amount of space it occupies (volumetric weight) rather than the actual weight. Volumetric weight is calculated by Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 6000 = Kilograms Length is defined as the longest side of the package. Height is the shortest side of the package. For International Shipping, Volumetric charges = (L x W x H) cm / 5000 Maximum Dimension: 300cm (L + W + H), with the greatest dimension not exceeding 120cm. Actual weight and volumetric weight are considered in the actual shipping cost whichever is higher.

Does J&T Express deliver on weekends?

Yes, J&T Express operates 365 days a year. We also deliver on weekends and public holidays. Once in four years, we operate 366 days a year.

Can I self-collect my parcel from J&T Express?

Yes. You may contact us at our hotline service at 1800-82-0022 to arrange for self-collection.

How long does J&T Express deliveries take?

Please note that deliveries within Peninsular will take an estimate between 2-3 days. For deliveries across the Peninsular takes an estimate of 2-5 days depending on airline’s schedule and custom clearance process.

How does J&T Express work?

J&T Express will attempt delivery to the delivery address stated in the shipping label. If the buyer is uncontactable, J&T Express will attempt to deliver the parcel to the buyer a few more times. If for whatever reasons, J&T Express has attempted three deliveries and still failed, J&T Express will proceed to return the parcel to seller.

Yes, we do provide Cash on Delivery services with T&C applied. COD – COD is a system where the receiver pays for the goods or service fees upon parcel arrival.

Does J&T Express provide Delivery Fee on Delivery (DFOD) services?

Yes, we do provide Delivery Fee On Delivery services with T&C applied. DFOD – DFOD is a system where the receiver pays for the delivery fees upon parcel arrival.

3. Premium Courier Point (PCP)
   • J&T Express Malaysia’s authorised exclusive partners.
   • To providing similar J&T Express Malaysia’s DP services.
   • Parcel collection is applicable in all outlets.

   • Pick-up service is only available at specific locations.
   • VIP registration applicable in all outlets.
