lemonski L Hello All Well after only having the van for approx 6 weeks (2013 T32 180 DSG 4Motion) now and having run faultlessly, I have been away biking and camping in it for a few days. On driving home south past Inverness and giving it a spirited bit of acceleration on the dual carriageway it suddenly started flashing the engine management light and went in to limp mode. So I pulled over in the next lay-by, switched off and had a look around, nothing leaking or untoward, so after a few minutes I switched the engine back on and it ran fine. Drove another 1 1/4 hours home wit home issue and stopped in at my local garage. He plugged his diagnostics computer in and had the following codes. P029900 Turbo Underboost & P068A00ECM/PCM Power relay De-Energized- Too Early. He cleared the codes and said to monitor it over the week, but has anyone ever had this? The Power relay, does anyone have a clue which one this is, or where it is? Could it be boost leaks? Any help or ideas would be much appreciated as I want to take it to France end of next month and don't want any issues. Thanks a lot Lee #1 · Aug 23, 2019 Hello All Well after only having the van for approx 6 weeks (2013 T32 180 DSG 4Motion) now and having run faultlessly, I have been away biking and camping in it for a few days. Unless their code reader showed a date/time the same as the underboost code, it may have been sitting there for months or years. It's not unusual to get a few codes logged each time you change the vehicle battery, for example. If you get the same symptoms again and that code reappears, I would then take it more seriously! #3 · Aug 23, 2019 Thanks Triffic for the info. Just thought maybe worth asking re the second fault in case it was an easy swap or something others had come across before. Weirdly I did put a new battery on last week as the original one died. 0 Reply Insert Quotes Post Reply
