In New Hampshire, we're lucky to have a lot of town-owned conservation land all across the state. But it can be challenging to find information about these special places. To make it easier, we've pulled together resources to help you identify and learn more about the local lands in your community. These resources include:
- Town Lands Map: Our interactive map allows you to easily explore town-owned lands in the state. You can find a property by town, level of access, and more.
- Conservation Commission Websites: Conservation Commission websites are often the best place to look for specific information on town lands, like allowed uses and trail maps.
- Trail Finder: Trail Finder is a free interactive mapping site designed to help New Hampshire residents and visitors find trails. You'll find detailed trail maps and information, including for some town lands.
