The event marks an important milestone in the modernization of Vietnam’s healthcare system, aiming to improve patient care quality, optimize management and operations, and contribute to fulfilling the objectives of the Politburo’s Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, as well as Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW on key measures to strengthen the protection, care, and enhancement of public health. A major highlight of FPT’s booth was the FPT AI Agents platform – a solution that enables the creation and deployment of multilingual AI Agents with over 20 ready-to-use applications, such as Telesales Agents, Multichannel AI Agents, and Quality Control (QC) Agents. These AI Agents empower businesses to accelerate process automation, enhance customer engagement, and optimize operational costs. In addition, FPT introduced the FPT AI Factory suite – a platform supporting the end-to-end AI lifecycle, from model training and customization to deployment, leveraging enterprises’ internal data to maximize performance and efficiency.

Là một trong những doanh nghiệp tiêu biểu được Thành ủy đến thăm và làm việc, đại diện FPT, ông Nguyễn Tuấn Phương - Giám đốc Phần mềm FPT Đà Nẵng, đã chia sẻ đến lãnh đạo thành phố tình hình thực tiễn về hoạt động, những dự án phần mềm, chuyển đổi số, đổi mới sáng tạo, đào tạo nguồn nhân lực cao gắn liền với trách nhiệm xã hội của FPT tại Đà Nẵng. Phát biểu tại buổi làm việc, Bí thư Thành uỷ Lương Nguyễn Minh Triết ghi nhận những đóng góp của FPT. As one of the exemplary enterprises selected for the visit, FPT was represented by Mr. Nguyễn Tuấn Phương – Director of FPT Software Da Nang – who briefed city leaders on the company’s operations, software development projects, digital transformation and innovation initiatives, as well as its high-quality human resource training programs closely tied to FPT’s social responsibility in Da Nang. During the meeting, Party Secretary Lương Nguyễn Minh Triết acknowledged FPT’s significant contributions, affirming that FPT is a strategic investor of the city in its digital transformation and innovation journey. He noted that FPT’s working environment has been fostering opportunities for talented engineers and students in the area to fully develop their potential and strengths, thereby contributing to Da Nang’s goal of becoming the nation’s hub for technology and digital economy.
