This snippet does not create a draft mail in the draft folder in Outlook. It creates a .msg file with the full name passed in the argument.

Input:

• Mail body: arg_strMailBody (String)
• Mail subject: arg_strMailSubject (String)
• Mail To: arg_arrMailTo (Array Of String)
• Mail Cc: arg_arrMailCC (Array Of String)
• Mail Bcc: arg_arrMailBCC (Array Of String)
• Mail Attachments: arg_arrAttachFiles (Array Of String)
• Draft Mail File Name: arg_strDraftMailFile (String). If Empty, the draft file will be saved to the source code folder (yyyyMMdd HHmmss.msg).
