What is the price for the Monri WSPay?

The price is 380,00 EUR per year, or 0,50% per transaction - it depends of the volume. All prices will be agreed in contract between Monri Payments and Merchant.

For how long is the Monri WSPay contracted? How to terminate the contract?

Monri WSPay is valid for one year from the date of activation and is contracted for an indefinite period. Upon expiration of the existing one, the extension is automatically extended and a new invoice is sent for the next year, except in case of cancellation of the service, which is accepted only in writing (e-mail) before the expiration of the existing license or max. 7 days from receipt of invoice for the next year.

Is it necessary to sign an additional contract with the online activation request?

Yes, we will send you a proposal of contract with all fees required.

How soon will I receive the necessary information to activate the service?

Everything you need to connect to Monri WSPay, as well as forms for cardholders, we provide you upon completion of the online request, depending on the selected services.

Do I need to contract card acceptance with all cardholders or can do it only with one?

Depending on your preferences, you can fill out one, two or all of the submitted forms. If you are not sure which ones you will fulfill, or do you need, please feel free to contact us.

You must have a minimum of one cardholder contracted to be able to make a connection and activate online card payment.

Who makes the payment to my account?

The card company with which you have contracted the online payment, depending on the processor through which the payment was made. Please note, Monri WSPay does not make payments and has no insight into when your funds will be credited to your account. These conditions are strictly defined with card companies.

Can one ShopID be for multiple shops if it is the same retailer?

Unfortunatlly no. One domain means one point of sale; accordingly, one ShopID implies one point of sale. This is not only our provision, but also the provision of the cardholder, because when registering with Mastercard and Visa on a global level, the web address of the point of sale is reported and the activation parameters are submitted for that point of sale.

If billing requests from multiple web addresses start to arrive for the activated parameters, they will be rejected by 3D secure during payment authentication because they come from an unregistered web address.

If one company has several webshops, it is necessary to register and contract for each webshop separately. The exception is if they are subdomains, only then it is possible to use one ShopID for each subdomain (max. 5).

Can I have multiple currencies in one shop?

Yes, you can have multiple currencies in one webshop. Depending on the currency you set, you will be assigned a separate ShopID for each currency and, depending on the request, you must send a request to the correct ShopID by the shop.

We emphasize that the web address / domain must be the same, possibly, by choosing the currency below the domain, the difference may be https://www.domena.com/hr/eu/ and in that case it is valid that the price of one Monri WSPay includes max. up to 5 currencies / ShopIDs.

Do you have a plugin for eCommerce platforms?

We have ready-made plugins for WooCommerce and OpenCart.

What is the reason for transactions to fail or be rejected?

For the protection of privacy, we do not send the reason for refusing the transaction to the shop, but only at the express request of the merchant.

The most common reasons for refusing to pay in TEST mode

The test payment is made with the production card - this is completely wrong. Payments in test mode must always be made with test cards. Likewise, when ShopID is in production, payment must be made with real cards.

Invalid Signature - check the parameters based on which the transaction signature is created. The most common mistake is to enter TotalAmount with a comma ... When creating a Signature, the amount must be entered without decimal marks: 1000 (for EUR 10.00), 1050 (for EUR 10.50) ... When sending to WSPayFORM, sends a comma-separated amount.

Repeating ShoppingCartID - once the payment has been successfully made, the same transaction ID must never be repeated. If a merchant has had an active Monri WSPay for years, they must generate unique transaction IDs for the entire time of use because the system remembers them.

Mandatory parameters - if not all mandatory parameters are sent (which are specified in the implementation documentation), the transaction will be rejected due to sending an invalid request.

Getting information on CallBackURL - it is necessary to provide us with a URL that is a clean link or has the specified ports in the allowed group (specified in the documentation)

Payment passed, but the shop did not receive information about it ... How do we know that the payment was successful?

After the payment is made, Monri WSPay sends a response to ReturnURL (and CallBackURL if set). If the shop did not receive the information due to an unforeseen disconnection, it is recommended that for each transaction for which no response was received, a check of the status of the transaction - StatusCheck - instructions can be found in the documentation.

Does Monri WSPay send a payment notification?

It does if you set up in the Monri WSPay administration. Under "ShopID Settings", you can turn on sending notifications to the customer and to the point of sale.

How do I cancel transaction/ make a refund?

Approved payments can be canceled or refunded, depending on the type of transaction ... If the transaction is pre-authorized, it can be canceled (canceled) and the payment will never be made. If the transaction is completed, a refund can be made, in part or in full. You can make both cancellations and refunds manually in the Monri WSPay administration or automatically via the API, instructions can be found in the documentation.

Can I change the look of the Monri WSPay payment form?

Yes, you can upload a logo, change the colors of the background, frame, text ... Everything is described in the documentation for using the Monri WSPay administration.
