Recently, I've noticed that the GCode Fusion 360 is generating is ending with a "G53 G0 X0 Y0" which, if I understand correctly, just sends the router to absolute x/y 0. The trouble I've had is that it raises to whatever you set as the "clearance height" which isn't always high enough to clear things, so I may have lit a fire in my shop because the 24000RPM spindle melted the bit as it was 'heading home' :oI can certainly manually edit the gcode, and even add a regexp to skip that line, but I'm curious if other folks have been seeing this behavior as well. I found it in a couple of programs from last November, and then in some stuff I generated this month.-kev

What I did was edit my fusion 360 post processor file.In the grbl one I'm using, there's an `onClose` function at the end with `writeRetract(Z)` and `writeRetract(X, Y)`.I left the Z retraction in place, and commented out the X/Y one

I've horsed around with the post processor a bit before. I think I'm going to just switch to a custom hacked up one. I accidently leave G28's on sometimes, which also screws things up occasionally (but at the beginning rather than the end...)

The G28s I think you can disable via the post process menu. For me, it's stayed off once selected, but I'm not switching between profiles or anything.
