Can some body explain difference between G.711ulaw and G.711Mulaw

No difference; it is the same codec, i.e. G711ulaw. You may have seen G711Mulaw, written as such...

phonetically.

The two distinct codecs are G711ulaw and G711alaw. You can easily find the difference online.

For example CUCM is using G711ulaw and other Integrated Call center server using G711mulaw due to that RTP stream will change to endpoints?

It is the exact same codec. It is just how each vendor refers it. The negotiated codec is the same and won't be any issue in the RTP stream.

There are two versions: A-law and U-law. U-law is indigenous to the T1 standard used in North America and Japan. The A-law is indigenous to the E1 standard used in the rest of the world. The difference is in the method the analog signal being sampled. In both schemes, the signal is not sampled linearly, but in a logarithmic fashion. A-law provides more dynamic range as opposed to U-law. The result is a less 'fuzzy' sound as sampling artifacts are better supressed.
