Description	RHB INVESTMENT BANK BERHAD ("RHBIB") OFFERING OF UP TO 40,000,000 NON-COLLATERALISED EUROPEAN-STYLE CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF GENTING MALAYSIA BERHAD ("GENM") ("GENM-C1N")
We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 40,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of GENM by way of market making. The GENM-C1N is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The GENM-C1N is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 October 2021. The GENM-C1N is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 22 October 2021 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 4 February 2022.   The salient terms of the GENM-C1N are set out in the attachment.     This announcement is dated 23 February 2022.
