Weapon
Details
Best
Beacon Of The Reed Sea
CRIT Rate 33.1% - Greatly increases CRIT Rate for higher damage. - The effect of the weapon suits the constellation of Diluc. - Greatly increases ATK and HP of Diluc.
2nd
Wolf's Gravestone
ATK 49.6% (Lvl. 90)- Diluc's Signature Weapon- High ATK Base attack, with additional ATK increase with ATK sub-stat and passive skill
3rd
Serpent Spine
CRIT Rate 27.6% (Lvl. 90)- Easy to build Crit Rate/DMG with Crit Rate sub-stat- Sub-stat supports Diluc as an on-field DPS though the effect will disappear if he gets damaged
4th
The Unforged
ATK 49.6% (Lvl. 90)- Weapon Skill greatly benefits Diluc since he can get in multiple hits with Normal Attack and Elemental Skill combo
5th(F2P-Limited)
Mailed Flower
Elemental Mastery 110 (Lvl. 90)- Amazing weapon for Vaporize teams especially at R5. - You need to build CRIT on Artifacts more.
6th
Rainslasher
Elemental Mastery 165 (Lvl. 90)- Amazing weapon for Vaporize teams because of high Elemental Mastery. - You need to build CRIT on Artifacts more.
7th(F2P)
Prototype Archaic
ATK 27.6% (Lvl. 90)- Free to Play option- Decent for boosting Attack.
CR/CD/ATK Sub-Stat Weapon Is Ideal
For a Main DPS Build, it's essential to have weapons that will have either Crit Rate, Crit DMG, or ATK% as their main stat. Wolf's Gravestone is the best, but another good option is the Battle Pass exclusive weapon, Serpent's Spine.
Elemental Mastery Weapons Are Also Good For Reaction Comps
You can also opt to use Elemental Mastery weapons like Mailed Flower or Rainslasher when you are using comp that damage boosting reactions like Vaporize or Melt.
Just like any other DPS build, having a good Crit Rate and Crit DMG ratio will be essential for this build. Make sure to have at least a 1:2 CR/CD ratio in order to get the best damage balance.
Choose EM / ATK Sands Based On Sub-Stat
Since Elemental Reactions are often used in Team comps with Diluc. Because of this, having a good amount of Elemental Mastery is also recommended. You can use EM Stands instead of ATK because there are many sources of ATK. Choose which main stat you are going to use based on the sub-stat.

Uses Of Diluc's Elemental Skill
Constant Application Of Pyro
Every hit of Diluc's skill will apply Pyro so it's a great way to proc quite a bit of Elemental Reactions. It's consistent and hits fairly easily.
Can Be Combined With Normal Attacks
Diluc's Elemental Skill can actively be paused to weave in normal attacks for more damage. Just make sure alternate between them in order for the Elemental Skill to continue and not expire.
Uses Of Diluc's Elemental Burst
High Pyro Burst Damage To Multiple Enemies
Diluc's Burst should be used after using his Elemental Skill to deal even higher Pyro damage with its use. It will hit multiple enemies at a time, each with Pyro damage.
Knocks Back Enemies
Enemies hit by Diluc's Elemental Burst will be knocked back once they're caught in it. You can use this to your advantage, whether to give yourself a breather or continue with your assault.
Applies Pyro Infusion To Normal Attacks
After using Diluc's Elemental Burst, Diluc's weapon will get Pyro Infusion. Either use this in combo with another character for continuous Elemental Reactions or just his own for raw Pyro damage.
