Aus Gründen des vorbeugenden Verbraucherschutzes rufen wir den Artikel „SCHANI KASOORI METHI“ (getrocknete Bockshornkleeblätter) des Herstellers Global Foods Trading GmbH, Am Winkelgraben 1a, 64584 Biebesheim, Germany, zurück.

Betroffen ist ausschließlich die Ware mit dem Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum 07/2026 & 11/2026 und den LOT Nrn. 07/KM als auch 11/KM in den Größen 100g und 1kg.

Begründung des Rückrufs: Chlorpyrifos Chlorpyrifos ist ein Insektizid, das aufgrund von gesundheitlichen Bedenken seit 2020 in der gesamten Europäischen Union verboten ist. Trotz des EU-weiten Verbots ist Chlorpyrifos in anderen Teilen der Welt, wie den USA, weiterhin in Gebrauch, obwohl dort in der Lebensmittelproduktion ebenfalls Einschränkungen vorgenommen wurden.

Only the goods with the best before dates07/2026 & 11/2026 and the LOT nos. 07/KM as also 11/KM in sizes 100g and 1kg are affected.

Reason for the recall: Chlorpyrifos Chlorpyrifos is an insecticide that has been banned throughout the European Union since 2020 due to health concerns. Despite the EU-wide ban, chlorpyrifos continues to be used in other parts of the world, such as the United States, although restrictions have also been imposed in food production there.
