GH.325 is a serum that was derived from a dead Kree's blood. It was used to heal and ressurect Phil Coulson, heal Skye, and save John Garrett, who's cybernetic implants stopped working due to Fitz's EMP.

The serum has an abnormal effect on any organisms without Kree DNA, which cause them to draw, or in rare cases build, a series of strange shapes that makes out a map to a Kree city in Puerto Rico. However, those with Kree blood, such as Kree or Inhumans, heal normally without any side affects. For instance, though Coulson had constant urges to carve the map into a wall in his office, Skye didn't because she had Kree DNA in hers, due to her Inhuman lineage.

The serum, along with Project T.A.H.I.T.I, was originally intended for an Avenger in case they became seriously wounded or died in the line of duty.
