Ingredients

Serves: 1-2 people

Main Ingredients

• ½ cup thickened cream
• 1 tsp sugar
• ¼ tsp sea salt
• 1 tbsp milk
• 4 tsp green tea powder
• 500ml water

Directions

To Prep

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thickened cream, sugar and sea salt together, and whisk until soft peaks begin to form.
2. Slowly add in the milk and whisk until fully incorporated.
3. Brew the tea and then allow to cool down.

To Serve

1. In a tall glass, pour in desired amount of tea, and top with milk foam to your preference. Dust with some green tea powder, then serve.
