I assume i need to pull out the four plastic rivet things for the cover around the grill, I tried to pull one and it broke . I have removed the clips and pulled the cover out some and got the grill out before. I removed the plastic rivets like you said. Then undid the top four clips, located the bottom three and with a thin knife (for lack of a better tool) removed the grill. It took about 10 minutes.
