The F7 is a dominant chord. F7/A, F7/C and F7/Eb are inversions of the chord.

Notes in the chord

The notes that the F7 chord consists of are F, A, C, Eb. To get F9 add G. To get Fmaj7 replace Eb with E.

F7 (no3) is an F dominant 7th with no third (A). F7 (no5) is an F dominant 7th with no fifth (C).
