Honda Horizontal Engine: GX270-QAE2, 8.5 Net HP with Electric Start

The Honda GX270 is a small engine with electric start and OHV horizontal shaft lightweight design. Overhead Valve design offers cooler, fuel-efficient operation and cast iron cylinder sleeve provides longer service life.

Common uses for this small Honda engine include: powering log splitters, air compressors, generators, water pumps, pressure washers, reel-type mowers, cement trowels, and construction equipment.
