Heavy-Duty Power Rack with Lat & Low Row System

Engineered for serious strength training, this heavy-duty Power Rack features a reinforced steel frame and a durable powder-coated finish, delivering exceptional stability and long-term performance. Weighing 140kg, the rack provides a solid base for heavy lifting, while the 400kg-rated J-hooks offer the reliability needed for intense workouts—far superior to lightweight home cages.

The integrated Lat Pulldown and Low Row attachment adds full cable training functionality. With a wide lat bar, smooth pulley system, and plate-loading carriage, you can transition between high and low pulley exercises with ease. The plate sleeves are compatible with both Standard (29mm) and Olympic (50mm) weight plates, allowing flexible resistance options.
