• The "worth" of the amount referred to in subparagraph (iii) of this Section is computed by discounting such amount at a rate equal to the weekly average yield 10-year U.S. Treasury Constant Maturities (as published in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H-15 [519]) on or nearest to the Friday immediately preceding the date of Lessee's lump-sum payment pursuant hereto.
